IV Drip Therapy in River Oaks and League City

Houston heat, long workdays, travel and hard training all drain your fluids and nutrients faster than a water bottle can replace them. An IV Drip at our River Oaks or League City studio delivers fluids, vitamins, minerals, electrolytes and amino acids directly into your bloodstream while you relax for 60–90 minutes. A Registered Nurse gives every Drip, after a medical consultation that confirms it’s right for you.

What an IV Drip may help with

  • Hydration, especially after heat, exercise or illness
  • Immune support
  • Replenishing vitamins and minerals
  • Athletic performance and recovery
  • Energy

Choosing your Drip

Start with the IV Drip menu, which groups our formulations by goal: energy, recovery, immunity, skin health, brain health, athletic performance, weight management and high-dose Drips. If none of them fits exactly, the team can build a custom blend from individual IV nutrients such as glutathione, vitamin B12 or magnesium. For a cellular-health boost, you can add NAD+ or Niagen to most Drips.

Your visit, from check-in to done

  1. Forms. We email a short waiver and health history before your first visit. If you can’t complete them ahead of time, arrive a few minutes early. You only fill them out once a year.
  2. Vitals and consultation. A Registered Nurse takes your vital signs, then you have a brief Telemedicine visit with a medical provider about your goals. Clients 65 and older need lab work before their first Drip.
  3. Relax. Settle into a lounge chair for 60–90 minutes. Read, stream a show or work on your laptop. Compression for your legs, hips or arms can be added to the same visit.
  4. After. Some clients feel the difference right away; for others it takes up to 24 hours.

Session length: 60–90 minutes. How often: it depends on the nutrients in your Drip, and your provider will recommend a schedule.

Why IV instead of supplements

Nutrients you swallow pass through your digestive system first, so only part of each dose reaches your bloodstream. An IV bypasses digestion entirely, so the full amount is available to your body right away. That’s why IV hydration is the go-to after a hard workout, a bout of stomach illness or a long day outdoors in Texas summer.

Safety at our studios

Every Drip is prepared with ingredients from trusted pharmacy partners and given by a Registered Nurse after a provider consultation. Your health history is reviewed every year, and older clients need lab work first, so each Drip suits the person receiving it.

Popular reasons people book a Drip

  • After heat and sweat. Summer in Houston and on the Gulf Coast means heavy fluid and electrolyte loss. A hydration-focused Drip rehydrates you quickly.
  • Before or after an event. Race days, tournaments, weddings and travel all take a lot out of you. An IV can help you prepare and recover.
  • When you’re run down. Immunity-focused Drips deliver vitamin C and other nutrients during cold and flu season.
  • The morning after. Our hangover IV rehydrates you and replaces lost nutrients.
  • Skin and beauty goals. Drips that include nutrients like glutathione or biotin support skin from the inside, alongside our skin health services.

Tips for your first IV Drip

  • Eat and drink beforehand. A light meal and plenty of water make the IV easier to place and help you feel your best.
  • Wear loose sleeves. The IV usually goes in your arm, so short sleeves or sleeves that roll up easily help.
  • Finish your forms early. Completing the emailed waiver and health history before you arrive speeds up check-in.
  • Ask about add-ons. NAD+, Niagen or extra nutrients can often be added to the same Drip, which saves a second visit.
  • Plan a schedule. If you’re coming in regularly, ask your provider how often makes sense for the nutrients in your Drip.
